When will I get my video?

You will receive a link to an online screener of your "Highlights Video" (containing music and clips from your event) within 7 days of your event.  We will mail your hard copies on your choice of either DVD or Blu Ray Disc within 21 days from your event.

Can I get additional DVD or Blu Ray Disc copies?

Yes.  Additional copies are available for $20 each.  Click here to order additional copies of your video.

What is your payment policy?

We require a 50% down payment to reserve the date of your event.  (For example, if you select the "Gold Videography Package" for $1798, your down payment would be $899).  The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the date of the event.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes!  If you make full payment for your videography package at least 30 days prior to your event, you will receive a 10% discount off your package price.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards via PayPal.

Is my deposit refundable?

If we receive notice of cancellation 10 or more days prior to the event date, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $200 cancellation fee.  Deposits for events which are canceled less than ten (10) days prior to the event date are non-refundable.  (If your event is subsequently re-scheduled and you utilize our services, you will receive full credit for your deposit toward your videography package price.)

Why would I want a 2nd camera operator?

All of our videographers are skilled at event coverage, and a single camera operator is certainly capable of capturing enough footage to make an unforgettable video of your event.  But having 2 camera operators shooting from different angles allows for more options in editing your video.  More importantly, having 2 camera operators allows for more close-up shots; cutaways of the bride or groom, rings, etc.  While a single camera operator will be able to capture all of your event's activities, he/she will not be able to get as many close-ups (without cutting away from the "big picture").  The moments on your special day will only happen once, and close-up shots help to capture the emotions of those moments.
